Refund requests are handled with care, and we strive to make sure you're happy with your experience with us. If you find that you have ordered a product of which you do not like the taste/texture or have an adverse reaction to, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. You must send the product back to us at your own expense within 14 days of receiving it.

Should you need to request a refund, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. In most cases, we may ask for photos or for you to return the products to us for assessment. If a return is required, please note that the cost of postage for sending the goods back will be covered by you.
